my treatment approach

Lauren Plummer, LMFT

Rarely, if ever, is any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.

about lauren

Life is complicated, and we all need connection and support from others in order to grow and live fully into our lives. As a systemic therapist, I help people locate and tell their stories within webs of relationship to self, family & community, and social systems.

My approach is open, curious, and interactive. You can expect warmth, feedback, and some humor from me as we work toward your goals for emotional and relational wellbeing. I also hold a Master of Theological Studies degree and a decade of experience working with people at the intersections of pastoral care, community education, and social justice. I enjoy holding space for big questions and incorporating work pertaining to spirituality or addressing spiritual/religious harm as guided by my clients’ interest.

I’m honored to share the journey as a healing partner. No matter where you're starting out, we can work together to shape a life grounded in love and resilience.
